The IPA Legal Department, which is used by over 80% of IPA members, deals with a variety of member enquiries on the law and regulation of marketing communications and employment law/HR in the UK (English Law and UK regulation).
In association with specialist law firm Lewis Silkin, the IPA commissioned HeadChannel to create its unique Contract Bank: an online, one-stop-shop for drafting, understanding and storing contracts.
Here, IPA members can create their own unique stand-alone contracts from legally checked stock phrases and paragraphs. These can then be stored and printed to both paper and Acrobat PDF files.
For IPA member companies, the contract bank is free; there is a small charge to non-member agencies.
