Power Of Newsletter

Are you looking for a tool that could help you to maintain a regular contact with your customers? There is no better tool than a newsletter.

You can use your newsletter to give advance notice of upcoming specials or to announce new products, services or even to educate your customers. At the same time you can eliminate the costs of normal mailing as the email-based newsletters are inexpensive compared to traditional direct mail initiatives.

A newsletter that contains valuable content and which is sent out on a regular basis helps you to build a relationship between yourself and your subscriber. It is also a great way to bring visitors to your website on a regular basis. These visitors then have the potential to turn into customers.

Our advice is:

•    Links, links, links

Remember to include links to your website - it is best to prepare more than 25 links in each newsletter! That seems to be a lot, but emails with more than 25 links have the highest click-through rate (EmailLabs).

•    Title is not an epic

Short email title, maximum 50 characters is a key issue. That's because the title determines whether the email is read.

•    Content

Clearly you want your readers to stay informed about your business or service, but if your newsletter contains only advertising material then it lessens the chance that your subscriber will actually read it and visit your website. Consider adding some worthwhile content; something that will hold the interest of the reader and make them want to stay subscribed and visit your website on a regular basis.

If you need any help in preparing fully accessible website or you need advice on how to write for the Internet - do not hesitate to contact us!
